The Association for Women in Business has grown in just ten years from a small spark into a national movement. AWIB’s mission is to unleash the potential of women in Ethiopia helping them achieve their personal and professional ambitions. AWIB does this by bringing women together physically and virtually to share their experience and be challenged by that of others. Impala is proud to have been chosen by AWIB as a strategic partner and has worked closely to deliver its aims over the past seven years.

Our work has involved advising AWIB on the drafting of its vision and mission statements and the communication of their objectives. We have worked on numerous conference events for AWIB including every year AWIB’s Women of Excellence Gala Event which brings together hundreds of women in Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Abba. Video production is an important communication vehicle for AWIB and we have been delighted to have produced numerous examples for them, many of which tell the stories of inspirational women.
